UUAM Canada
Our goal in UU Animal Ministry is to embrace the various ways we celebrate and care for animals, and to affirm our faith’s call to affirm the inherent worth and dignity of all beings through our daily actions. We accomplish this goal by drawing on UU theologies, traditions, religious practices, and our Principles and Resources.
The new Canadian Chapter of UU Animal Ministry (UUAMCA) is an online platform open to UU’s from all parts of Canada.
We will be meeting regularly on Zoom to share ideas and experiences that empower us to build
justice and compassion for all animals.
After meeting and sharing with other UU’s online, we hope that individuals will begin to forge relationships within their own congregations and begin local, grass-roots activism.
