I just skimmed this article. I need to print it and then read it at least twice before I can generate any concrete opinions. But just off the top of my head I can give my first impressions.
Before that, however, few of you know that my Ph.D. was in bioenergetics. That does not make me an expert but I try and qualify all statements as fact or opinion and to provide references where I think they are necessary. But Bohr was wrong with his planetary model of the atom and geneticists were wrong for about a century about the Y chromosome determining maleness in humans, and I am wrong more often than any of them.
To begin with one fact is absolute. The greatest problem, and the basis for all enrgy problems on this planet today is the greatest cancer the planet has ever experienced and that is the human population. What I am about to say next will likely not be popular with some readers, in fact what I just said may draw some negative emotion from some. The only country that has addressed this problem is China, and the greatest reaction they got from the West was flack about human rights transgressions. Well there may be some truth to human rights transgessions in the process but China tackled the problem and accomplished its goal. In my opinion they should have been awarded a Nobel Prize for it. Of all the naysayers, not one other country has attempted in any way, to my knowledge, to reduce their population, and if I am right it is obvious that none have accomplished the goal.
Secondly, the tobacco industry continues to maintain that there are no definitive studies linking tobacco use to cancer rates in humans, and as far as I a know, they are right. But we have immense amounts of data indication that smokers suffer lung and other cancers at much higher rates than non-smokers. All that is, is a positive correlation and correlation does not mean causation. Let me give you another example. A few years back, a study was announced in the media (Which like any agency of a government that worships the god called capitalism, cannot be trusted, and all our media are capitalist enterprises, intent on maintaining their capiatist position in the marketplace, and therefore are just as biased as was the Stalinist contorlled media of the former Soviet Union) that some research had shown that people that drink five or more cups of coffee a day has higher rates of heart attacks (maybe they said heart disease, it really doesn’t matter) than people who drank less. DON’T THROW OUT THAT COFFEE FOLKS! Again we have a positive correlation that does not mean causation. In fact, the data probably just indicates that the doctors that drank (yes the study group was doctors) five or more cups of coffee a day were those more likely to be doing less physical activity than the other group.
What am I saying? It is this! We may not have any more definitive proof than waht I saw written in my quick skim of these papers, but I do not think tha assertion that in spite of gigantic leaps in mechanisms of treating and curing cancer, the cancer rate in the west at least, has not been reduced. We cannot point to nuclear power as the reason, and there is likely more than one reason, but statistics coming out of both the U.S. and Russia cannot be trusted. Both governments have very poor creditability, and although the propoganda comming out of Russia has diminished remarkably since the fall of Stalinism, the propoganda machine in the U.S. is as alive and active as ever, and functions to delude not just the rest of the world, but their own electorate as well. Since the Viet Nam war, every military action engaged in by the U.S. has instituted a large scale propoganda program to get the population on side before they began their aggression.
I am also working on what I am initially calling An Energy Primmer for the CUSJ. The document dovetails somewhat with initiative I was asked to develop by the former Chief of a Dene community in Saskatchewan. Unfortunately he passed away from cancer last year, and I do not know if the present chief still wants it. Incidentally this man worked at one of the uranium mines in SK, and I know of another man that worked at one that now suffers radiation burns to both legs and has been ‘retired’ with adequate pension benefits by the company he worked for. These burns apparently are not responding to treatment, or at least had not done so the last I heard. All under the radar as far as I know, and I do not know if the victim had to sign a gag order or not when he was rewarded with a pension for life. Knowing the Dene of that area, his command of English probably renders him unable to understand exactly what the meaning of a gag order is.
On that note, and considering what I said above about the creditablity of information from ANY source coming out of the U.S., can anyone tell me why, in a country as ‘transparent’ as Canada, gag orders are even legal?
