CUSJ President Margaret Rao wrote to welcome the new chapter:
It is with great delight that I welcome you into the national CUSJ network fold! Thank you for your hard work in making this provincial Chapter a reality. The Board’s approval was unanimous last evening. With all the troubles and tragedies happening in our world, we know that working together for love and justice will make the critical difference.
We look forward to hearing of your future joint social and environmental actions in la belle province. There is much solidarity work to be done but together we will build the world we wish to see, beginning in our home towns, cities, provinces and territories.
